“Samabari” is a shorthand version of “Summer Barrication.” Barrication is the portmanteau of the words “barrier” and “vacation”. Kuro-chan wanted to express that Mameshiba no Taigun is not just “having fun” during the vacation, they’re also here to protect us– hence the usage of the word “barrier”.
